Rihanna inches closer to No. 1 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart as “Needed Me” rises 3-2 on July 30-dated list. The track had been stuck in the No. 3 slot for the past seven consecutive weeks. “Needed Me” is up in airplay (by 13 percent), sales (up 4 percent) and streams (up 1 percent), but is still quite a ways behind the chart’s current champ, “One Dance” by Drake featuring WizKid and Kyla. “One Dance” has been No. 1 for 11 consecutive weeks.
