The forgotten and missing black men in the USA and UK that become Targets for underground criminal networks Depres10

In New York, almost 120,000 black men between the ages of 25 and 54 are missing from everyday life. In Chicago, 45,000 are, and more than 30,000 are missing in Philadelphia. Across the South — from North Charleston, S.C., through Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi and up into Ferguson, Mo. — hundreds of thousands more are missing.

African-American men have long been more likely to be locked up and more likely to die young, but the scale of the combined toll is nonetheless jarring.  Perhaps the starkest description of the situation is this: More than one out of every six black men who today should be between 25 and 54 years old have disappeared from daily life.

And what is the city with at least 10,000 black residents that has the single largest proportion of missing black men? Ferguson, Mo., where a fatal police shooting last year led to nationwide protests and a Justice Department investigation that found widespread discrimination against black residents. Ferguson has 60 men for every 100 black women in the age group, Stephen Bronars, an economist, has noted.

The gap in North Charleston, site of a police shooting this month, is also considerably more severe than the nationwide average, as is the gap in neighboring Charleston. Nationwide, the largest proportions of missing men generally can be found in the South, although there are also many similar areas across the Midwest and in many big Northeastern cities. The gaps tend to be smallest in the West.

Incarceration and early deaths are the overwhelming drivers of the gap. Of the 1.5 million missing black men from 25 to 54 — which demographers call the prime-age years — higher imprisonment rates account for almost 600,000. Almost 1 in 12 black men in this age group are behind bars, compared with 1 in 60 nonblack men in the age group, 1 in 200 black women and 1 in 500 nonblack women.

It’s impossible to know precisely how much of the difference is the result of mortality, but it appears to account for a big part. Homicide, the leading cause of death for young African-American men, plays a large role, and they also die from heart disease, respiratory disease and accidents more often than other demographic groups, including black women.
But the missing-men phenomenon will not disappear anytime soon. There are more missing African-American men nationwide than there are African-American men residing in all of New York City — or more than in Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Detroit, Houston, Washington and Boston, combined.

An important but unreported indicator of Ferguson’s dilemma is that half of young African American men are missing from the community.  According to the U.S. Census Bureau, while there are 1,182 African American women between the ages of 25 and 34 living in Ferguson, there are only 577 African American men in this age group.  In other words there are more than two young black women for each young black man in Ferguson.  The problem of missing black men extends to other age groups.  More than 40% of black men in both the 20 to 24 and 35 to 54 age groups in Ferguson are missing.

While the problem of missing African American men is especially severe in Ferguson, young black men are absent from most U.S. cities.  In the neighboring cities of East St. Louis, IL and St. Louis, about 38% and 24% of African American men age 25 to 34 are absent from their communities, respectively.  On average, about 18 percent of young African American men are absent from large cities.  (This calculation is based on the combined population of 33 cities with the largest African American populations, home to about one quarter of African Americans in the U.S.)  In contrast, outside of large cities only about 4% of young black men are absent from their communities.  The challenges posed by an absence of black men in Ferguson are problems faced primarily by larger cities.

Outside of large cities the absence of young African American men is explained by gender differences in mortality rates and military service.  Almost two percent of African Americans between the ages of 25 and 34 are in the active military, and about 85% are men, so military service can explain a two percent shortfall in the civilian black male population.  Vital Statistics data indicate that about 96% of African American men will survive to the age of 30 compared to 98% of women.  Shorter life expectancies can explain why an additional two percent of young African American men are missing.  After adjustments for gender differences in mortality rates and military service, 14% of African American men age 25 to 34 are missing from our largest cities, and 47% are missing from Ferguson.

Incarceration is the primary reason why young black men are missing from larger cities.  According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics about 9.4% of African American men age 25 to 34 are incarcerated, compared to 0.6% of African American women.  However, an incredibly high incarceration rate would be necessary to account for all of Ferguson’s missing young black men.  Ferguson’s challenge is likely the result of a combination of problems including incarceration, criminal behavior, homelessness and substance abuse.

It will be difficult for Ferguson to prosper economically as long as half of young black men are absent from the community.  According to Census data 60% of households with children in Ferguson are headed by women and 48% of these female-headed households are below the poverty line.

Some black men are put on a Targeted Iist.
They are stalked for their racial identities and economic social class: where they are from and to whom they associate with.

Some are people whom are illegally and covertly stalked, tracked and tortured, often harassed with the use of  hi-tech - Modern-day Military type Technologies. Victims are often covertly and illegally implanted  by dentists and doctors and authorities with RFID (Radio-Remote Frequency Identification Device) type transmitter chips i.e. PositiveID or VERi Chips. Some are occasionally implanted with miniature Nano-Biochips, Stimulators and Transmitters mostly for GPS tracking purposes and/or for the constant nervous and neurological stimulation of a chosen.

Most Victims complain of being harassed and tortured by unseen directed energy beams, signals and frequencies or even claim to hear voices (Synthetic Telepathy - V2K - Allen Frey) being sent to their brains and/or via the larynx and nervous system, obviously causing them distress; emotional and psychological torment and psychological pain.

This enables rogue operatives to track and monitor these black men nearly anywhere on the Earth, this process is better known as RNM (Remote Neural Monitoring - Brain Mapping).  Eventually some will go missing or become crazy.  MK Ultra and the likes).

Targeting can also be initiated due to sexual affiliation, pride, prejudice, jealousy and most likely due to manipulation/bribes and cash incentives. Some other pathetic reasons are due to the sadistic desires of  these people, paper-clip scientists, wealthy aristocrats and/or Military type personnel wishing to test out their new control toys 'so-to-speak' (bio-weapons, Electronic Weapons) on unfortunate, unwilling and unwitting citizens.

Other very extreme reasons would be due to a messy divorce, child custody, unrequited love, whistle-blowing, revenge, differences in social, political, or religious beliefs, tactical positioning and actively deniable cases of provoked suicide assassinations etc. Electronic harassment is the use of various types of electronic weaponry to remotely intimidate, control and physically harm certain people.

If you were not born in the country that you became a target chances are you were already being watched and monitored from when you were a child from the country that you were born in.  People that do this are elites from your country moslty from a rich and societal heirachy or military background.  They gain access to you through coming into contact with your parent or guardian;  that buys from do business with or works for or with them; or are friends of friends of extended family members and aquaintances that do business with them.

They also gain access to victims that lives in surrounding areas that they do business or kids that attend the same shool as the kidnappers kids. Other reasons are political and race and cultural differences.  By abusing the head of the black household which is the black men it cripples the strength of the black family.

Others that put men women and their children on harrassment or kidnapping list are foreigners that set up  businnesses in the victims country or place of birth, island or any part of europe where the victims were born.  They do not share the same  racial identity culture religion nor faith.  They despises the person for having a different religion skin tone and culture; so they plan and seek out ways to harrass kidnapp or lead them into entrapment.

These entrapments cam be stemming from differences between  countries, or various undercover political or religious  groups of people that want to see themselves as the majority in a certain place establishment or country

The majority of people on this list are black men and women.  This Traumatising Harassment and abuse is often set up with and by Corporations, phone companies, corrupt businesses, organised criminals, street gangs, right-wing extremists, doctors, dentists, lawyers, or anyone who stands a chance of making any money off these innocent victims being harrassed or kidnapped.   If a person from outside your race has eagerly strike up a friendship with you and everytime that person is around you they are more interested in using and typing on their phones? avoid that person at all cost.
Mobile phones are used in a vast number of gps tracking.  Chances are this so called friend that walked into your life is helping to monitor you.
